1. Overview
At Naniji Natural, every product is crafted with utmost care using natural and Ayurvedic ingredients.
We value your satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we follow a strict but fair return and replacement policy, as outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or leaked at the time of delivery.
• The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
⚠️ Please note:
We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:
• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging, batch number, or seal
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Gift hampers or combo packs
4. Return Procedure
If your order meets the return eligibility criteria:
1. Raise a return request by emailing us at support@nanijinatural.in or info@craftgroom.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the product issue, packaging, and invoice.
3. Our team will verify and, upon approval, arrange a reverse pickup or request you to courier the product to our warehouse.

5. Refund & Replacement
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original mode of payment.
• In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
💡 Tip: If you prefer, you may opt for a replacement of the same product instead of a refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled due to product hygiene and safety standards.
7. Disclaimer
Naniji Natural products are made from natural and Ayurvedic ingredients. Variations in color, fragrance, or texture may occur due to seasonal changes in raw materials — this does not affect product efficacy or quality.
In case of allergic reactions or skin sensitivity, we recommend performing a patch test before use. The company is not liable for individual skin reactions or allergies.
