1. Overview

We aim to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and affordably.
All our products are packed with care and shipped through trusted delivery partners across India.



2. Order Processing Time
• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 3 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak periods (festivals, sales, etc.), order processing may take an additional 1–2 days.



3. Delivery Time
• Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Metro cities: 2–4 days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 days
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 days

Please note: Delays due to weather, courier disruptions, or unforeseen logistics issues are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you.



4. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50 depending on your location.



5. Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
• You can track your order through the link provided or by visiting our website’s “Track Order” section on nanijinatural.com.



6. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India through our reliable courier partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.



7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

Your order may be returned to us if:
• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
• The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
• The package is refused at the doorstep

In such cases:
• We will attempt one reshipment after verifying your address and contact details.
• If the package is returned twice, the order will be cancelled and refunded (after deducting applicable shipping charges).



8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or tampered package:
1. Please do not accept the parcel from the courier.
2. If already accepted, report the issue to support@nanijinatural.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Attach photos or videos of the parcel and product for verification.

Our team will initiate a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.



9. Change in Shipping Address

You can update your shipping address only before dispatch by emailing us at support@nanijinatural.com.
Once an order is shipped, address changes are not possible.



10. Delivery Partners

We work with leading courier and logistics companies like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
All shipments are handled with care and hygienic packaging.
